We have had 7 acres for almost 30 years and we have never done very much with it.
Can I just sell the 20 acres, keep the fix-up money and buy a nice condo with a postage stamp lot???

i’d build a house for my husband and i to retire to, leave most of the land in it’s current state, put a fence around it and get a couple more dogs and just enjoy the space. hope it’s got a pond!

Totally self-sustaining mini-farm, open to kids and the public to teach all these cotton farmers about natural ways of growing things. Also planted with all-native species and varieties of trees and shrubs…wildflowers….
I’ve obviously given this a lot of thought!
