Despite what I wrote in my last blog…I’m pretty healthy. (You’ll have to read my blog to understand!) I do read nutrition labels and I do exercise. I used to be a personal trainer. I used to exercise for hours a day. I’m having a hard time figuring out how to balance nursing school, my fiance’, exercise and everything else I’m supposed to be doing at this time though!
carons last blog post..Reasons NOT to Go to the Gym
I think nutrition, diet and exercise are important but I don’t take them seriously. I don’t read food label and I don’t work out. I am not it all that great of health but I do try to work on it now and then. I think about my health all the time but I get lazy.
Shannon H.s last blog post..Growing Up in the 80’s
You’ve seen me, right? Is this the body of someone who reads labels and takes care of her health?
Bevs last blog post..Can You Hear Me Now?
LOL…Bev!
I try to eat healthy, read labels, and exercise as I should, but sometimes we deserve to indulge just a bit.
Pennys last blog post..Shaping Up the Yard
I’ve become much more cognizant of the fact that what I put into my body makes a huge difference on how I feel.
I’ve become marginally obsessive about reading labels and avoiding the chemicals that are indiscriminately pumped into us.
I read food labels a lot because I just went for a check up and my cholesterol is high. Not high enough to go on medicine but too high. I am also about 20 pounds overweight.
i read food labels and i know it’s important to eat healthy and to exercise. i’ve done it before. i need to find and get my groove back!
Munchkin Mommys last blog post..Diet and Exercise
I’ve always been aware but it became a bigger focus a few months ago when I decided it was time to really make a change. I log my daily calories so I read labels all the time. I’m exercising regularly now - weights and running. I love the difference in how I feel and how much energy I have and I actually crave exercise now. It’s a huge change for me and in a short amount of time.
I try…I think about my health more than the average person I would say.
Jessicas last blog post..What Are You Most Afraid Of?
I THINK about health and nutrition every day and I used to be a total gym rat.
Now, I have become the slug and my husband has turned into the Poster Boy for weight loss, health and exercise.
I don’t know what happened.
I think it was aliens.
Sunnys last blog post..Golf, anyone>?
I’m bad. I don’t really think about nutrition or diet or exercise. The only excerise I get is chasing after my kids. LOL
I’m actually very healthy…so far.
I do care about nutrition for my kids though. I make sure they get balanced meals.
