I have run out of gas before…it was rather embarrassing. And yes, I have locked my keys in the car and I have locked the keys in the car while it was running.
I sometimes forget where I parked my car when I am at work or shopping.
I wash my car a few times each years. I usually just let the rain wash it off for me.
Shannon H.s last blog post..Happy 38th Birthday To Me!
i rolled off the I-5 near seattle one time and into a gas station (i think if it had been another 100 meters or so or on an incline, we wouldn’t have made it)
i locked my keys in my car at disneyland (we went and played all day then when we were ready to leave we got security to come help us get in)
i’ve never forgot where its parked but several times forgot how to get to where its parked
don’t have a car now but only washed it every few months when i did have one
ozcanadians last blog post..best breakfast ever
Once and my husband will never let me forget it.
Never (and in my current vehicle that would be impossible because it is a wide open Jeep with no side or back windows. I can’t lock ANYTHING in it.
No again.
Yes, I do that all the time in big Wally World parking lots. Not in town.
About twice a month. It needs it right now.
Sunnys last blog post..Freakin’ Out here
Nope, I’ve never run out of gas…yet, or locked my keys in the car…
Definitely parked my car and then been like..”hmm where is it?
As for the car washing, it’s not often- probably 3 times but they are always in the summer, lol!
Bethanys last blog post..Another fall hike
I’ve never run out of gas or locked my keys in the car, but I have forgotten where I parked. One time my husband was with me when I couldn’t find my car. I was standing there in the parking lot frustrated because I couldn’t find my car. When I finally stopped and asked where is my car?, my husband started laughing and said “You’re standing right in front of it.” He doesn’t like to let me forget that day.
Have you ever run out of gas?
–No
Or locked your keys in your car?
–Heh, um, yes. Wouldn’t have been too big of a deal except I was at work both times. (happened withint 2 months of each other too)
How about with your car running?
–No, thankfully not.
And have you ever parked your car, then couldn’t remember where you parked it?
–Yes, especially in a huge parking lot. And (my justification for senior moments like this) it’s easy to forget where you park if you go in one entrance and come out another.
Be honest, how often do you wash your car?
–Not as often as I should!
(Also posted this here too)

No,
Yes,
Yes,
hey, my car is grey for a reason. 2-3 times a year. More often when we have heavy snow, to wash the salt off.
Oops that was supposed to be three “yes”es. Locked the keys in the car once with the engine running, and I wander around parking lots almost daily looking for my car.
Have you ever run out of gas? Maybe once, though I’m not certain
Or locked your keys in your car? Plenty, most memorably when I was pregnant with my 2nd son, and no one was available to run out the 2nd set of keys from the other side of town.My oldest son mentions it every once and a while
How about with your car running? no
And have you ever parked your car, then couldn’t remember where you parked it? Not usually, I can remember general areas, but not always the exact location
Be honest, how often do you wash your car? About twice a month, maybe more. Depends on the weather, my boys really enjoy getting all soapy and fighting with the hose afterwards.
ambers last blog post..I Know What Sport He’s Playing When He Grow Up
Have you ever run out of gas? - Almost! I was pulling into a gas station just as the engine started to sputter.
Or locked your keys in your car? - Not once, not ever.
How about with your car running? - Haha. No.
And have you ever parked your car, then couldn’t remember where you parked it? - Yes, once I spent about 20 minutes looking for the car.. though in my defense it was my dad’s white Cadillac and we were in Ft. Lauderdale Florida.
Be honest, how often do you wash your car? - Never. That’s what the rain is for.
You can view this at my blog as well!

Have you ever run out of gas?
I had a car thats gas gauge broke, so yes I did.
Or locked your keys in your car?
I’ve done that twice
How about with your car running?
No, but when I lived in Ohio I had a car that I could take the keys out and lock
which came in handy in the winter(I could leave it running with the heater on)
And have you ever parked your car, then couldn’t remember where you parked it?
Kinda, my dh and I once went to a mall in a nearby town and parked just ouside of Dillards. We spent about 3 hours shopping. When we decided to leave we went back to Dillards and went to get in the van, but it wasn’t there. We looked and looked and started thinking it had been stolen. We walked around the outside of the store thinking we’d went in another door, but still no van. We finally decided to retrace our steps, and to our surprise (and relief)there was another Dillards at the other end of the mall. How strange is that?
Be honest, how often do you wash your car?
Whenever it needs it
Have you ever run out of gas?
twice–once when the Mustang mysteriously got a hole in the fuel pump way out in the middle of the country, and once when the gauge in my truck malfunctioned.
Or locked your keys in your car?
too many times to count. thankful my current car won’t let me
How about with your car running?
at the gas station with a fish burrito sitting on the seat, on a Sunday when the Husband was out of town on a business trip. very expensive locksmith visit.
And have you ever parked your car, then couldn’t remember where you parked it?
a couple of times
Be honest, how often do you wash your car?
only when it’s filthy beyond words.

1. Yes
2. The last time that happened, I’d left the keys in the car, but didn’t lock it–my DOG stepped on the button and locked it!
3. Fortunately, no.
4. All the time; it’s why I never have baggers help me carry groceries to the car; I’m embarrassed to admit that I can’t find the car. (Of course TWICE when we couldn’t find out car, it had been stolen!)
5. I almost never wash the car, my husband does. We can’t wash it ourselves because the water is too hard, so he always takes it through the local car wash.
Bevs last blog post..Oh Say Can I See?
No … but like OzCanadian I once coasted off a motorway into the garage forecourt and thank goodness it wasn’t 30′ further!
Yes … at a motorway service station - a policeman opened it in 5 secs with a piece of plastic packing wrap.
No … but at a different motorway services I parked the car (on a slight slope), locked the doors went to walk away, looked back (THANK GOD) because it was rolling down the car park as I hadn’t put the hand brake on!!!
No … but my husband has - ha ha ha!
We live on the coast - salt = rust so the little man at the supermarket with the cart does it about once a month - more during the winter because of the grit they spray on the roads.
