If any one of the national holidays had to be celebrated twice a year, which would you want it to be?

Maybe Thanksgiving (although our family doesn’t make too much fuss over holidays – we do like to eat well)

Memorial Day. (though T-day ^^ is a good one, guarantees two days off instead of one, nice)

It would have to be Thanksgiving, a day for family and not all about presents. However, observant Jews celebrate Passover, and the seder dinner has a lot in common with Thanksgiving.

Independence Day! No presents, good barbeque, good parade, family. Love it and can’t wait for it this year.

4th of July – It always is a happy occasion, hot weather, grilled food, few obligations, no presents, it’s laid back, and there are fireworks.

With most others, Thanksgiving, for the food and the camaraderie.

It would have to be Memorial Day…Indy 500 festival parade on Saturday, race on Sunday…BBQ…the start of fairly decent weather in Indiana…

I’d make it Christmas in order for people to finally get fed up with the gift-giving once and for all. Then we could start a new Christmas tradition, one involving perhaps food, parades, and fireworks.
