My preference is white, a chablis, usually. For reds, I love a rich cabernet, but I also enjoy merlot or Shiraz.

The secret of a good bottle of wine
    1. Open it to let it breath
    2. If it doesn’t breath — give it mouth to mouth.
    3. Have a great Sunday dinner. Red or White.

I wrote a blog on my eclectic wine taste.
In my youth my taste ran towards a cheap muscatel, a quart of thunderbird wrapped in a brown paper bag. I don’t drink much wine these days. Only on special occasions.
