We haven’t been to this one, but we’ve been to Muir Woods, Sequoia NP, and Kings Canyon NP. Amazing trees.

No; list these under “the travel that never was.”

Not this one, but others in Northern California.

I don’t think I have. My aunt and uncle lived in the Bay area for decades and during a visit in the early 70s, they took me to see “big trees,” but I do not remember the name of the park. I doubt they would have driven that far north to the national park. I may be confusing it with a different trip I took to visit them, when they lived in Arnold, and we went to Calaveras Big Trees State Park.

I think so. Many years ago, when the kids were still living at home. But we have, of course, been to Muir Woods and lots of other places where redwoods grow. Love those trees! One of the perks of living in California.
