Weekend Q and A

qa-150x150

This is the Weekend Q&A game and this is how you play: The person before you has asked you a question. You’ll answer their question in the comments as well as ask the next person a question. The next person answers their question, and asks another, etc….. You are encouraged to participate often!

I’ll start:

How often do you floss your teeth?

  1. When I’m on an orange-eating, apple-eating, or meat roast-eating kid, lots. I try at least once a day; sometimes it’s many more times.

Do you forgive and forget, or just one of those two (which one)?

  2. It doesn’t happen that often, but when I get the giggles, it may well last for an hour or more. My mind is running off in all directions, until I find one that moves me from the giggle-generator.

Do you and your family make up words for your own convenience? (We have called those cleaners “windshipers” for years. 8-) )

  3. My favorite made up word isn’t one that we made up, but is from the Addictionary (words that aren’t real, but should be). It’s “strawphylactic,” which is that piece of paper that they leave on your straw when they serve you a cold drink in a restaurant. Oh. Also “kartudus,” which a friend once called “tacos” and we have called them that ever since.

Given that you have enough money to buy either dinner you want would you prefer lobster or crab?

  4. Finally! I am hoping to mow the lawn for the first time today, and there are tiny leaves on the trees. Flowers are still a couple of weeks out.

    What makes you nervous?
