1. When I think of “park” the first that leaps to mind instantly is Yosemite. We haven’t been there in years, but the grandeur of that park remains vivid in my memory. We went often when I was in college, and a couple of times when our kids were living at home. Too many people now, though. When “mirror lake” no longer mirrored, I knew it was time for me to stop going.


  2. Park? For more than forty years, park meant that place down the block, where you could take kids to the swings. (What a luxury! When I was a kid, we had to walk several blocks to the playground; we went without parents.)

    Otherwise, I don’t have a real favorite. I will enjoy wherever I am — as long as the bathrooms are clean.
