What’s for breakfast this morning?
Rye toast and o.j.
Homemade yogurt and buckwheat honey, a slice of toast with some shaved ham, and coffee.
Six days a week, breakfasts around here have a set menu. It’s Tuesday, so there was cold cereal, milk, dried cranberries and/or raisins, and juice.
Half a bagel, buttered, and coffee, plus the handful of pills I take. I couldn’t get my usuals, so I have a half dozen substitute bagels, to which I add the seeds — caraway, celery, sesame, etc. — that are missing.
