If you could have a window view from your office in a 100 story building, what floor would you want to be on? Do you want to be on a lower floor or a higher floor?
Lower floor for ease of access. Higher floor for view.m
When I worked in a Manhattan skyscraper (yes, I really did), I seldom had time to search out a window. Nevertheless, despite some of the disadvantages of higher floors, I would opt for the top.
I love views. Wouldn’t want to be on the highest floor, but high enough to see the view, low enough to offer escape in case a plan flies into it.
9th. High enough to see cool stuff, but not beyond the reach of a fire ladder. Yes, I’m paranoid.
