A taxing situation

You’ve just been given a $3000 tax refund, however you must use it to buy home decorations.

What will you buy at the home decor/furniture store?

A new bed, mattress, lamps and a small reading chair for the corner by the window. As long as I don’t have to buy it from American TV and Appliance. :)

  2. Kristin says:

I’d use it to buy fabric to make Roman Shades.

Strange you should ask. A wicker home entertainment center. We do not need many new things. most of our furniture is new.

I covet one of those big computer desks. I’d add free standing shelves for the family room.

New mattress, curtains, big (but not too big) TV, new floor for the kitchen, and maybe a new stove too. How far can you stretch $3,000 anyway :)

Furniture for my family room. There is only one chair and a tv in there right now.

I would put it toward hardwood floors in the bedrooms. The builder required carpet when we built and we’ve found that it doesn’t help our allergies.
