What do you when adjusting to a new situation? Do you sit back and observe? Do you jump right in?
I would sit back and observe given the opportunity. I can jump in if I have to.
I tend to be an observer. My mother never seemed to understand that I learn a lot by just listening. “Why didn’t you say something?!”
I am a believer that it is better to stay silent and be thought a fool, than to open one’s mouth and prove it.
Definitely an observer.
I’m a jumper-inner.
I jump in & get things started. Being a military wife for 28 years I had to adapt to change.
Depends on the situation. Most often I will observe. If I won’t be stepping on anyone’s toes, then I tend to jump in.
