I’ll give him a card; he’ll give me a card. And that’s it.

  2. l'empress says:

Just another day, since my valentine is elsewhere. I sent cards to the kids, now that they’re old enough to enjoy tearing open envelopes.

  3. maryz says:

We exchange cards. That’s all we’ll do.

Love the heart at the top.

  4. Jennifer says:

We exchanged gifts this morning – I gave him a salt grinder and he gave me some chocolates. I suspect flowers will show up at my office, too. I wrote a story for he and my son again with them as the main characters. I’ll give it to them tonight before bed to read.

We celebrated our Valentine’s Day on Sunday since I would be working tonight. We spent the afternoon (Sunday) looking for Bald Eagles down at Monroe Lake in Bloomington, (saw two) then out to dinner at <a href="The Irish Lion

    I just got my Valentine’s gift – a shingles vaccine. I’m a lucky gal.

(Our daughter was just diagnosed with shingles on Sunday.)

    • Lindy says:

I did not know there was a shingles vaccine. Guess I’ll check into that. Hope your daughter gets over her bout quickly and with very little residual pain, other symptoms, etc.

      • Indigo says:

Shingles is very painful, my mom had an outbreak a few years ago. My dad got the vaccine asap. I hope your daughter feels better soon Maryz!
