my right shoulder is a mess. I won’t even try this any more. I used to be able to do about 120-150 lbs.

I can’t say I even know what my bench max would be. I haven’t done that test for years. I do know I can bench my 50 lb kid 20 times. He thinks it’s funny, so we do it regularly.

When I was working out regularly, I was able to do 95-115 lbs easily and that was pretty darned good for a 60 year old woman.
But I worked really hard at it.
I don’t know what I could do now.
