Brush and Floss

Since I’ve got braces I now brush my teeth twice a day, but I went from flossing at least three times a day to maybe a few times a week. Flossing with braces is a total pain in the neck.

How often do you brush and floss your teeth?

Brush and floss twice a day. Brush in the AM before work, and PM before bed. Floss after lunch and before bed. In between I “swish” (w/water) often and often forget that other people can actually hear that. Oops.

  7. When I was working full time, I flossed and brushed after every meal and before bedtime. Now that I am home all the time it’s twice a day; more if I’m heading out somewhere.

I brush obsessively but am a complete floss slacker.

Unless I have ribs for dinner, in which case I can floss three times in an evening and still not be satisfied.
