The first Presidential Election I voted in was Bush vs. Dukakis, 1988. I honestly can’t remember who I voted for, but gosh I hope I voted for Bush. Who was running for president when you cast your first vote?

Johnson v. Goldwater (the OTHER Arizona senator). In retrospect, Goldwater might not have been so bad, but I joined Scientists and Engineers for Johnson and did a lot of work for Johnson’s campaign.

Bush v. Kerry (I was one year too young to vote in the 2000 election). I definitely voted for Kerry.
