How often do you clean out your wallet or purse? Are there lots of receipts and other bits and pieces that could do with throwing out? If you checked right now, what’s the oldest receipt you’d find in there?

Probably once a week. I carry a small purse, so I’m pretty limited to what gets put in it in the first place. My oldest and only receipt is from Monday, June 11.
Rarely. The last time was a few months ago when a bunch of coins had spilled out and I needed to get them gathered up. I do more regularly throw receipts away, tho, so I don’t think I have really old ones in there.
The oldest receipt is probably yesterday’s, as I wasn’t wearing anything with pockets. I clean the purse when it feels too full, or when it feels too heavy.
I clean mine out when we’re going to travel and I need to change to a different purse. I rarely put any receipts in there, so probably just from the last day or so. (plus we just got back from a trip)
I have a receipt for an Optometrist dated 1919 with my name on it.
I was named after my grandfather.
Every times order and wait for a latte, which is 4 times a week or so. So my receipts are fairly new.
I’m a clean freak! My wallet & purse are always organized. For receipts that I may need to save, that same day I take them & file them, otherwise I throw them away. I’m a type A personality~~Very organized & clean. Clutter really bothers me.
