Nobody around here is interested in compromise. I just keep my mouth shut and wait for them to come to the inevitable conclusion.
I can’t think of a specific time, but I think I compromise a lot. I expect others to do the same, too (even if that doesn’t always happen).
I’m with Mary on this one. Life is a series of compromises unless you are a real hardhead.
Yesterday. We were in Vienna and I wanted to go to a specific cafe for coffee, but nobody else did, so we went to a closer one (I still think mine would have been better!)
I went out for a Mongolian hot pot dinner Wednesday night. They wanted seafood, and I don’t like seafood. So we compromised with a yin-yang pot – one with seafood and one without.
