   Gloves. Can’t do much with mittens on even though (if memory serves) they’re warmer.

   I can’t believe all the votes for gloves, I have to wear mittens or my fingers go numb. Such a baby….

   Mittens. My fingers freeze if they can’t be encased in the same area. (So Indigo, it appears I’m the only one with you on this.) I have been known to get mad at loved ones who buy me expensive gloves as a gift, I’m so picky about this.

   That being said, I spend a lot of time in gloves as part of one of my careers. But then, mittens wouldn’t make sense in that area. (And my fingers still go numb if it is for extended periods of time in the cold.)

    Gloves, although there is not that big a call for them here in South Africa – our winters are not half as cold as yours in America…
