I wrote about my dreams on my blog yesterday. I had such a vivid dream that seemed so real, I was relieved when I woke up and realized it was only a dream.
Have you ever had such a dream? Do you have recurring themes in your dreams?

I do dream a lot, sometimes ones that I’ve had before. If I’m “uncomfortable” in a dream, I’ll rouse enough to realize it. If I get up to go to the bathroom, then go back to bed, I’ll go back to sleep, but won’t start the dream up again.
I don’t dream a lot of memorable dreams. I assume that I must be dreaming somewhat, but that I’m generally enough at peace that they have no impact.
Yes, I’ve had dreams where I was glad to wake up and find out they weren’t real. Fortunately, I haven’t had too many of those.
I have had recurring dream themes my whole life and the theme just recently changed. A friend had clued me in on a dream dictionary web site, and so I check that when a dream bothers me or I wonder about a symbol I see in my dream. It doesn’t interpret the dream, just helps me understand what the symbols most likely mean and I can generally relate it to what is going on in my life at the time.
Yes. I find certain prescriptions cause these types of dreams more than others. One I used to be on was terrible for this.
I am not aware of dreaming a lot and never have recurring themes, but I dreamed a dream the other day that was VERY vivid and I remembered it for a long time (fine details have since evaporated, though)
