  1. i easily drink 8 glasses a day, mine is out of a bottle. we also have a water cooler (which is really a large bottle) and can’t remember the last time i had tap water, it would probably have been at someone else’s home.

I drink bottled mineral (either still or carbonated) water, about 2 litres a day on a good day.

  3. w8agt says:

I probably average about 8 a day. Yesterday because it was hot I drank about 9 or 10. The day before it was cooler so maybe only 7. I take mine straight from the tap.

I drink a lot of water. I have a 24 oz bottle that I refill about 5 or 6 times a day. When I’m at home I fill it from filtered tap water that we run through our fridge, but when I’m at work it’s just plain tap water. I used to be highly addicted to bottled water and could distinguish the tastes between spring water that was bottled at the source and water that was purified through reverse osmosis. I only drank the spring water.

not as much as i’d like. probably only about 4 big glasses. at home i drink tap water but at work i drink filtered water. i gotta get another water bottle so i don’t forget to drink water

  6. I drink a whole pot of hot water. I make cups of green tea and drink them throughout the day. I also gulp another glass of tap before bed. And usually down a large peligrino with dinner. I’m a runner and am always thirsty.

  7. tim says:

I would average say 3 or 4 glasses at work and 4 or 5 per day at home so around a litre a day perhaps

  8. Brenda says:

Not as much as I should. Maybe about 3 glasses a day. I’m not much of a water drinker. I prefer flavored water.
When I was pregnant I drank about 8 glasses a day to stay hydrated. Now though I’m not drinking as much.

  9. Brandi says:

We have a filter pitcher, but I do’nt think I drink 8 glasses a day! Although I SHOULD since I’m pregnant, but sometimes I just don’t feel like taking trips to the bathroom all day long! So I’d say I get about 4- 8oz glasses.

  10. Bev says:

I couldn’t really measure it. I’m a big water drinker and I drink it throughout the day. Our town has abominable-tasting water, and that’s the only reason I drink bottled water (well, that and I like ice cold water, so we have a water cooler). I’m not a bottled water snob for all the supposed properties it has, but simply because it doesn’t taste like what comes out of the tap.

I have a 32 ounce bottle I bring to school each morning, but i never seem to get through it! (I do flavor it with a “Tru-Lime” flavoring packet) I drink 3-4 glasses when I get home.

  12. Elspeth says:

Now I rarely drink anything other than water. Last year from March to November it was the only liquid I drank (by choice … and then it became a natural habit). Now I’m not so exclusive about it. I drink juice now and then, but water is 90% of my liquid intake. I drink from a bottle or from the fridge in my stainless steel ‘beer mug’.

  13. Kwizgiver says:

I drink about 90 oz per day during the work week and maybe 120oz on weekends. I enjoy the occasional Celestial Seasonings mix in thingies, but more often than not, just plain. I have a filter at home and I bought a filter bottle for school and travel.

  14. princess says:

I dont measure how much i drink. But i try and drink it all day. As long as its freezing cold. i will drink it!

  15. Trace says:

I drink lots of water; probably 8 glasses in a day. Our water here at home is mountain water, so it is very good straight from the tap.

  16. I don’t drink much water each day…maybe a full glass at the most. But there are some days when I chug water all day long.
