tossed green salad, but i like most of them.
I need a definition of salad. (In college we regularly had apples, nuts, and raisins on a lettuce leaf. This was called a Waldorf salad.)
I build a salad with dark greens (also red leaf). I like raw broccoli or cauliflower, onions, peppers, cucumbers, and maybe chickpeas.
I won’t go into fruit salads, except to say I like those too.
Caprese
Caprese salad (tomatoes and mozarella)
