So long, March! I traveled to New Orleans, wandered around the French Quarter, ran a half marathon, sent my kid to France for two weeks, read a few books, and enjoyed a Bonus Summer. You were pretty awesome.
What are your final words for March?
I didn’t do anything particularly exciting in March, but thanks for the glimpse of summer. (Forecasts for this weekend include the words “wintry mix.”)
The “birthday month” is over for another year; the first (and hopefully the last) tornadoes of the year have come and gone; the pollen has been extremely heavy and early. We’re looking forward to a visit from west-coast family in April.
You came in like a lion and are going out like a lion cub, nothing fierce, just showing a little teeth.
It was a “hail” of a month. Four hail storms, all on Fridays, 2 on the 2nd, and 1 each on the 23rd and 30th. At least our severe weather wasn’t any worse than severe thunderstorms.
