I wrote a blog on my eclectic wine taste. In my youth my taste ran towards a cheap muscatel, a quart of thunderbird wrapped in a brown paper bag. I don’t drink much wine these days. Only on special occasions.
A nice cabernet
My preference is white, a chablis, usually. For reds, I love a rich cabernet, but I also enjoy merlot or Shiraz.
I don’t drink wine with any regularity but I do like Gewürztraminer.

I don’t drink anything any more, but I’d probably choose a very dry white wine.
