Yes.
It depends on how it’s going. Sometimes a clever title will shape the entry; sometimes I have to get the entry written before the title comes to me.
Sometimes I know what I’m writing, so I have a title in mind. Usually, it’s the last thing I do, though.
I usually start with the title. it keeps me focused on what I am supposed to write about. If i venture too far away from my original idea, I change the title.

The idea generally leads to the post which then leads to the title but there have still been many occasions that the title has come first.
