If it is a telemarketer: We answer, we interrupt them in the middle of their script and ask them to give us their number and we will call them back because we have the number on caller ID. The telemarketer gets all flustered. We never get the number but they don't call back either. Others: we just tell them we are on the "Do not call" registry list. We tell them they will be reported for violating it. It's a game.
