I didn’t do it

You’ve been accused of something you did not do, but no one believes you. What will you do?

  1. stick to your guns. i guess it has to do with how important is it for you to have that person believe you in the first place, if it’s extremely important, you don’t stop trying. ask that person what exactly do you have to do to convince them and try and find out why they don’t believe you in the first place. if it’s not that important, make an effort, accept that you can’t control how others feels and learn to accept that you’ve haven’t done anything wrong, it’s the other party that has the problem. maybe they have issues you’re not aware of, that could be the root of the problem in the first place.

Well, it’s happened to me. Not only was I accused, but the story was spread. It was really nasty….to this day, I have no idea who all knows, so it makes telling my side difficult. I have struggled with this for two years, and now we’re trying to find a way to move away from this stinkin’ town, where people would rather enjoy a good story and look down their noses at people, instead of looking for the good and trying to think the best of people. :)

There’s nothing you CAN do but continue to insist in your innocence. I’m still writing journal entries about how I was unjustly accused of speaking in line by a nun, who called me a hypocrite, when I was in the 3rd grade–back in the 1940s!
