I’m not a mathematician, and I never heard a word for that. I would say “infinity minus one.”
The middle of nowhere is a nameless place midway between two places for which you do know the name. 8)

And the middle of nowhere is most definitely Thunder Bay, Ontario.
I’ll agree to “infinity minus one” but the “middle of nowhere” is where you are when your kids ask “how much longer till we get there.”
