I’m a grazer most of the time, and I try to get a healthful assortment over the day. Probably the least healthful — no matter what I order — is when I eat out.
No meal is really healthy.
I get a generous supply of high fructose corn syrup sprinkled with generous amounts of sodium, throw in a hotdog made of beef byproducts and I am a happy boy. I will have a Pepsi with that I need some sugar.
MEALS are pretty healthy, I guess It’s the snacks that are killers.
Lunch at work
absolutely dinner. my husband has horrible eating habits and dinner is all about him.
Breakfast is always healthy. Lunch is half healthy/half indulgent, & dinner is always healthy.
