    I’ve become a blogging superstar all over the world.

    Well, maybe a minor player known by thousands of people in most countries of the world.

    OK … I’ve made contact with a few people in a few countries who now know who I am if prompted. :)

    I just blog for fun. It hasn’t changed my life at all. I have met some interesting people through this site and blogging. It has opened me up to new ideas. I would have never thought of geocaching, meme’s, thinking about what is important to other people. Some people have some interesting to say…others…not so much.
    Occasionally someone gives me a good idea for a blog.

    All kinds of stuff… It’s been a nice place to put my photos and learn tips from others. It’s helped me think about things in a different way. I’ve been in contact with family I otherwise wouldn’t have much in common with. And I have joined a pretty amazing monthly wine club out of it. ;)

    I don’t think the blog has changed me as much as changed with me, but it’s kind of nice to have a record of that too.

    Blogging has introduced me to the most wonderful range of people. I am constantly amazed by the people I hear from. Yesterday, for example, a guy, who is head of the Russian Welfare Society, sent me a photo of his father with Harry Truman, and a woman who started reading about my trip to Russia offered to pick up a necklace that I had not bought on my trip and send it to me. People have laughed at my puppies, cried at my losses, been incredibly supportive at various times over the past 11+ years that I have been blogging. I met my very best friend through blogging and traveled around the world because of it.

    So yes, I think blogging has definitely had its impact!
