I am almost 40 years old. 40! I don’t feel 40. I am shocked that the number 40 is sneaking up on me. So tell me…

    I feel like I would love to be 40 again, knowing what I know at 65! But how old do I really feel? I read somewhere that most adults feel about 35. I know I do (my bones and joints don’t), and my 88 year old mother says she does too.

    I feel my age today … which like you is almost 40 – well, almost 39 which will put me in my 40th year. Yesterday, I felt much younger ~ we won Mr J … is the Welshman in you celebrating? It should be!!

    Today I feel pretty old. But then, I’m just getting over a killer cold and want nothing more than a nap.

    So, I don’t know – I feel closer to 80 than 30 today…

    It depends on the day. Somedays I feel older….like 40 or so. But other days I feel like a teen again.
    Mostly though I feel like I’m in my late 20′s…not bad considering I’m 32.

    It totally depends on the day.
    I am nearly 60.
    Somedays, I feel like 35.
    Others I feel like 80.
    There are just so many variables.

    I am 37. There are days that I feel like I am 30 years older because of my health problems. There seems to be very few days that I feel younger than 37.

    Most normal days: around 35.
    Heavy work days:60

    I feel like I’m mid-30s somewhere. I turn 50 in three weeks, though, according to my birth certificate.
