My husband has challenged me to a meatloaf baking contest. The contest is tonight, and he’s invited my parents over as judges. My recipe is tried and true. His recipe? Well, let’s just say that he was looking for corn chips at the grocery store on Sunday….. Who puts corn chips in a meatloaf??? We’ll see how it goes.
Do you have a tried and true recipe? What is it?

i use one i got from martha stewart a few years ago, but when i went to look for it on line i couldn’t find it, but this one is pretty close, but i don’t do that parchment paper thing or the rosemary leaves.

No recipe. Start with hamburger, add egg and some sort of filler like breadcrumbs or oatmeal and then whatever is in the fridge that you need to get rid of. Top with tomato sauce and strips of bacon.

Typical recipe, but with a layer of mashed potatoes and spinach in the middle. Yum.
