This weekend I’m going to Madison to run (or walk, because it’s supposed to be 92 degrees) a half marathon. I also hope to see Men In Black III with my family, maybe on Sunday afternoon or Monday.

No different from any other weekend. It’s a good thing I didn’t plan anything.
Mostly taking it easy but we will travel on Sunday to visit father-in-law and his wife, to celebrate hubby’s birthday (which was yesterday) with them.
We did our holiday travel last weekend, down to the Smoky Mountains.
We had planned to see our son and his family, who were finally going to drive up from Santa Barbara to introduce my mother to her new great granddaughter (now 9 months old), but the toddler has a double ear infection, so they are staying home,and so are we. I’m a little disappointed, but always glad when I don’t have to be on the highway during holiday weekends.
Clean the house, go to 2 parties, drink some beer, eat s’mores, and buy a car
