Pork fillet in a whole grain mustard and creme fraiche sauce with roast potatoes and spinach. Linguine with clams and chilli. Warm new potato and red onion salad with griddled tuna. Chilli con carne with potato skins. Yoghurt, lemon and cummin marinated chicken thighs with lemon herb couscous. Oven baked risotto. It makes shopping easier and cheaper :o) I’m with your husband, this week we’re having (in no particular order) …

He's a bit of a foodie and this is what he does. As long as he's cooking for me I don't mind, but if I had my way I'd be happy with a plate of pasta every night.
