Did you ever read The Boys of Summer, about the Brooklyn Dodgers? Most of them were among my favorites.
But my favorite of all time was, without a doubt, Sandy Koufax. I’ve written two or three posts about him. Not only was he a winner, his form was beautiful!
Willie Mays. The only player I really paid attention to, and so nice that he remains a very nice person.
Don’t know anything about baseball. How about Stan Musial?
