On your bookshelf

I knew I was going to read this book sooner or later, but it just so happened that I was ready to begin a new book the same day Dan Brown’s new book, Inferno, came out. What I like about his books is that they always keep me guessing, what I hate about them is they usually could end about 100 pages sooner.

What are you reading?

I’m reading a locally written book about Chattanooga – the first “real” book I’ve read in quite a while. Meanwhile, I have Edward Rutherfurd’s new book, “Paris”, waiting on my iPad.

I’m reading vintage science fiction right now, as I missed the bookmobile last time. (Maybe tomorrow.)

Some of the old stuff is pretty lame, but some of it — dated or not — is still great reading.

Inferno was d/l’d to my kindle yesterday and I am about half way through it.
