Yes, the Hubby and I (and frequently my parents) have “adopted” families at Christmas (or at other times during the year, depending on the need), and have helped them out in various ways (keeping our participation anonymous). It could be by supplying much-needed items, gift cards, services, etc…
Now, shh… No telling anyone.
