not really…Women are still underpaid. They get less for doing the same job.
I think they HAVE equal rights…whether they GET them or not is another story. As Jon says, women are still underpaid in too many professions.
Yes, I actually do. As for the pay inconsistency, I think it’s got a lot more to do with what women are willing to ask and negotiate for when they get a job. Men aren’t afraid to ask, while women hesitate. I see it every day. And nobody’s going to give you more than what you ask for…
