No. I haven’t used one in decades.
I don’t use them. But I’m sure there are some in the house, as my husband couldn’t put on shoes without them. (He never loosened the laces!) And at least two of them are the long-handled type, which he used after he broke his hip.
My daughter does the same thing! She refuses to loosen the laces on her shoes and then needs help getting the shoe on.
John has a shoe-shine box somewhere that he uses on rare occasions. I’ll bet there’s a shoehorn in it.
I haven’t even seen one since I was a kid.
