When I change seasons and need updated stuff.
That said, I peruse a couple of retailers online regularly “just in case”
Usually just when I need to replace something.
I almost never get the chance to shop for myself, not even when I need something. I bought a new purse in October 2011. My daughter buys me some things, I’m sure just to shut me up or to qualify for a discount on whatever else she’s buying.
I usually pass through the clothes department when I’m at WalMart, to see if there’s anything on sale I need. But I never “shop” just to look. I usually just buy something when I need it.
Rarely.
(Unless it’s books!)
