I shred everything I don’t need that has my name on it. It’s a total pain in the you know what to remove that info from every pc of mail (catalogs! junk mail! argh!) but I’m paranoid and figure it’s might help.

I review it…If it has certain information on it…shred it.
We left a receipt on one of our Walmart boxes.
Someone picked through our garbage and brought the receipt back with a broken vacuum. Walmart credited our account. We called Walmart and told them someone is trying to pull a fast one.

you never know who will dive in to your dumpster.

We don’t get anything sensitive or incriminating via snail mail, so that’s a big “No.”
