What is the meanest thing someone has ever said to you?
“go f**k yourself” It was the cap on the ending of a 10 year friendship, after a very emotional death.
I don’t love you. It was the end of an engagement, and a totally unnecessary statement.
After going straight to my grandmother about an inappropriate encounter with a family member, “Don’t tell your parents, it will hurt the family.” I couldn’t trust anyone after that.
My Year Seven teacher told me I was a drip who would never amount to anything in front of the entire class. Pretty tough for a 12 year old.
I’m not a violent man but my son is around that age now. If anyone told him something like that I’d cheerfully thump them.
