I’ve been reading a lot of really trashy romance books, which is totally unusual for me, but was absolute mindless fun. I picked up Where Did You Go, Bernadette? just to give myself a bit more brainpower, and I’m enjoying it. Otherwise, when I’m not at work, it’s been family events, dog park walks, playing Skylanders with my son, and organizing my closets/house.

Just hanging out. We were waiting for the snow that didn’t come – but the cold weather (for us) did. Since the roads aren’t all icy, we’re going to bridge this afternoon and to the UTC Lady Mocs vs Davidson basketball game tonight.

Seeing a lot of theater as the new year starts. Looking forward to “Book of Mormon” next week. Did an interview today that was fun Also doing lot of reading…and 13 hours of “Downton Abbey” yesterday.

Have seen two movies since December, “Philomena” and “The Secret Life of Walter Mitty.” Loved them both. As for reading, I’ve mentioned several times here that I enjoy nonfiction. Recently I’ve read “Four Blood Moons” by John Hagee, and currently am reading “The Harbinger” by Jonathan Cahn. “The Harbinger is written in the form a story but the information in the story is real.

Not a whole lot, just happy to have lived through everyone’s holidays. If I ever finish this book, I’ll tell you about it. Mostly, I’m staying out of the cold.

But today was my annual mammogram (ten years since my diagnosis), and I’m still fine. After ten years, I could stop seeing my radiologist, but since I will be having mammograms for the rest of my life, I have opted to continue seeing her. Nice lady.
