I seldom, if ever, broadcast it. My problem, and my responsibility to deal with it.

Recently, however, in our new situation (my daughter’s Gentleman and his kid added to the household), I find I do have to speak out. I don’t get nasty, but I have to say I don’t like something, or won’t do something, or remind people that it’s their job…..

Stress and frustrated two different things. People know when I’m stressed, but I become schizophrenic with frustration and look fine on the outside while I’m dying inside.

I think that with both stress and frustration no matter how well I appear to be put together on the outside, on the inside I’m a complete mess. However, what I think I appear like on the outside and how I really appear, are probably really different. My poker face isn’t that great.

I try to avoid being stressed or frustrated. If I’m frustrated, most everybody around me knows it (poor John).

It depends on what is stressing and frustrating me. Sometimes, it turns me into a workaholic. Other times, I turn into a puddle of mush. Others definitely know if they know me, though.

I exercise 5-6 days per week, so that relieves a lot of stress. I’m an analytical thinker, so I think things through, both from my own & other’s perspectives. Long conversations with my mom usually help too.
