It seems to me that I can remember rehearsing for something or other, but I can’t remember performing in anything that wasn’t orchestra or chorus. So the answer must be NO.
No. The closest thing I can recall would have been in early grade school years when the nuns had us stand up on stage in front of our parents and give a short speech about our individual patron saints.
Yes. I had the romantic lead in our high school Senior play. Nobody “discovered” me.
