Taking the ring off

I can’t sleep with my wedding and engagement rings on. In fact, I usually take my rings off as soon as I get home from work.

Do you ever take your ring(s) off?

  1. I do not wear them at home at all but always have them on otherwise. As well, my hands swell at night and I have a wide wedding band, so it is uncomfortable if I leave my rings on overnight.

I took those off a long time ago.
But as for my other jewelry, they come off at the door.

I’ve been married for 35 years and have never owned or worn a wedding ring.
Hubby wears his all the time and when he lost it once while he was working with the horses, he actually borrowed a metal detector and found it in one of the horse’s stalls.

All the time. Always at night, and during the day whenever my hands get arthritic or swollen.

I’m like you I take mine off as I walk into the house every evening. I love my rings I just can’t wear them 24/7 and sleep with them on…
