I guess e-mails, with phone a close second. Texting a distant third.

I’ve always been a fan of the written word, preferring letter to phone calls back in the day, because you are not putting pressure on the recipient to respond NOW.

I still like the written word, but e-mail is certainly more timely. I do not text, and probably I never will. From my point of view, that’s not writing!

I enjoy sending smoke signals. It is one of the arts taught to me by an old Indian. I believe his name was Rameesh Gupta.

My wife doesn’t want me doing it. I have destroyed all of our blankets and I am the only one that understands my message.
      which is……….

      send more blankets.

How about looking someone in the eye and communicating with them llike an adult?

    • l'empress says:

You can’t always get to them. And sometimes you need an appointment to communicate with them. Did you ever work some place where you would send a short message to make an appointment to phone?

I would never press people who think they don’t have time for others, whether or not I agree with them.

(I am better with writing and I really kind of like the art of texting, which I do a lot with my daughter)
