    Three books? Three? You said…three?
    Are you crazy?
I would not be stranded on any island that didn’t have a library.
I don’t know. so many good books. So little time. I just finished the millinium series.
The Encyclopedia Britannica, The Warren commission Report, and How to win at solitaire.

This is the time when I’d want a Kindle or something. An encyclopedia is a good idea; when I ran out of books as a kid (I was out of school for a month after a tonsillectomy), I read the enclopedia. (The one we had was only forty years old at the time.)

I got the idea for the encyclopedia from A.J. Jacobs book.
He thought he could become the world’s smartest person by reading them. A funny book. Interesting concept.

when we grew up the Encyclopedia how about 150 pages.
The dictionary was pretty thin also.

I’m sorry you were a deprived child. Dad had a dictionary that almost outweighed me. He had bought a brand new, though somewhat outdated, set of encylopedia because that’s what he could afford. And I was encouraged to make use of them.

I’d definitely take the Kindle – with a solar battery charger. No way only three books would work.
