I do my pots and pans by hand. Always have. Our dishwasher wouldn’t be able to get them clean anyway. It has a tough enough time on just the dishes. So bad that 2 days ago I had to re-wash everything that just gone through the dishwasher. Not happy about that.

It is a mix, depending on what we cooked in them. They most often go in the dishwasher, though.

Hah! The only dishwasher to which I ever had access was the one in the college kitchen where I worked for a couple of months. (They always did the pots by hand.)

So, indeed, I always wash pots by hand — unless I have just had my nails done, in which case we don’t use dishes or pots that night.

I wash mine by hand. I only run the DW about every 2 1/2 days, so I’d run out of space and pots if I put them in the dishwasher.

Depends. Cast iron and non stick by hand. Others in dishwasher. My machine (a Bosch) is excellent at cleaning pots and pans
