This is the Weekend Q&A game and this is how you play:
The person before you has asked asked you a question. You’ll answer their question in the comments as well as ask the next person a question. The next person answers their question, and asks another, etc….. You are encouraged to participate often!
I’ll start:
Can you do a cartwheel?

Hahahahahahahahahaha!
Have you had any broken bones?
I broke my hand once when I was 10 during the softball tournament.
Do you pay attention to the news about the British royals?
No more than I do about American celebrities, which isn’t much. I do remember when George VI died and Princess Elizabeth became Queen.
If you could choose a different time of your life to live, which would you choose?
If you mean go back and life a certain time in my life again, it would probably be the early 1980s, when my kids were alive and I was working in a volunteer job I absolutely loved.
Which TV sitcom best describes your life growing up ({“All in the family” for us!)
The Wonder Years. Was that a sitcom? I was exactly the same age and experienced life uncannily like Winnie and Fred Savage’s character.
Which website do you use to book travel?
I use Kayak to price flights, but usually book through Expedia.
Do you watch Dr Who?
No. I tried and don’t get it.
How often do you change your sheets?
Probably not as often as I should.
I’m going to have to get the dishwasher repaired, or get a new one. What would you look for in one? Is there any reason to pay a high price? (sorry, that’s two questions)
I’ve never had a dishwasher. But I would do what I did when I had to replace the clothes washer and dryer last year: I talked with someone who repairs them.
Good idea. I’ll ask the repair guy for an opinion. Thanks.
We got a new one last year. A stainless steel inside is pretty nice. And I like the controls on the inside vs the buttons on the outside. The quiet factor is also big. That said, there isn’t a huge reason to pay big unless you want super-silent or drawers.
We have a work party tonight and I will have to make small talk. What are your go-to subjects for small talk?
I suck at small talk, it make me want to bang a head against the wall. I suppose my go-to would be my daughter.
What is your beer of choice?
